Job responsibilities:

1. Assist in completing the process sorting, operation debugging, and maintenance of the corresponding vacuum coating equipment;

2. Conduct basic research on coating technology, such as characterization, materials, spectroscopy, etc.

3. Collect technical information on coating processes within the industry and assist in the development of coating processes; 

4. Develop new coating products and new process experiments, organize relevant test data, and prepare test reports.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in materials, machinery, mechanical and electrical engineering.

2. Understanding the vacuum coating process and having basic knowledge of vacuum equipment principles, maintenance, and repair is a priority.

3. Strong execution ability and pressure resistance, with continuous learning ability, and certain communication and coordination skills

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist in the processing and process development of optical structures using Laboratory equipment and large equipment (such as roll to roll).

2. Assist in measuring and characterizing materials, and improve and adjust the coating process according to specific needs.

3. Assist in maintenance, repair, and appropriate modification of coating equipment.

4. Close contact with the R&D department of the client company to understand product details and requirements.

5. Experimental data collection and analysis judgment; Purchase and trial use of materials, fixtures, testing instruments, and other items required for process development and new product testing.

Job requirements:

1. Understand the operation and working principle of various physical and chemical vapor deposition equipment (magnetron sputtering, evaporation, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, Atomic layer deposition, etc.), as well as the processing technology of different materials.

2. A certain level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

3. Has strong innovation and communication skills, adapts to fast-paced work environments.

4. Possess teamwork spirit and good professional ethics.
