Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for completing the process sorting, operation debugging, and maintenance of the corresponding vacuum coating equipment according to the design requirements.

2. Assist colleagues in the marketing department in product sampling for intended customers, record data, and provide feedback to relevant departments as a reference for scheme design.

3. Responsible for basic research on coating technology, such as characterization, materials, spectroscopy, etc.

4. Collect technical information on coating processes within the industry and assist in the development of coating processes. 

5. Responsible for the research and development of downstream products and follow-up work.

6. Develop new coating products and new process experiments, organize relevant test data, and prepare test reports.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in materials, machinery, mechanical and electrical engineering.

2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a coating or equipment company.

3. Understand the vacuum coating process, possess basic knowledge of vacuum equipment principles, maintenance, and repair.

4. Strong execution ability and pressure resistance, with continuous learning ability, and certain communication and coordination skills.

Job responsibilities:

1. Use Laboratory equipment and large equipment (such as roll to roll) to process and develop optical structures.

2. Measure and characterize materials, and improve and adjust the coating process according to specific needs.

3. Maintain, repair, and appropriately modify coating equipment.

4. Close contact with the R&D department of the client company to understand product details and requirements.

5. Experimental data collection and analysis judgment; Purchase and trial use of materials, fixtures, testing instruments, and other items required for process development and new product testing.

Job requirements:

1. More than 3 years of work experience in related fields.

2. Be familiar with the operation and working principle of various physical and chemical vapor deposition equipment (magnetron sputtering, evaporation, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, Atomic layer deposition, etc.), as well as the processing technology of different materials.

3. A certain level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

4. Has strong innovation and communication skills, adapts to fast-paced work environments.

5. Possess teamwork spirit and good professional ethics.
