　　Since the withdrawal of the city and the establishment of the District, our district has continued to focus on the investment promotion as the "No.1 Project", with a large number of good enterprises and large enterprises. Now, how about the settlement of these enterprises? how about the government tracking service? and what support do enterprises need?  with these problems, Gao Haomeng, Secretary of the District Committee, came to Xiwu street, Yuelin street, development zone and other places to carry out research on newly introduced enterprises. 　　“Huapu microelectronics technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.” settled in Xiwu street in May this year. In the temporary meeting room set up by the production workshop, Gao Haomeng and the person in charge of the enterprise communicate face to face. At present, this project has achieved a major breakthrough in the field of “microelectronic new materials” in China. The production line equipment has been installed and debugged, the product has been developed and pilot tested, and the mass production is about to be realized. While affirming the rapid landing of the enterprise, Gao Haomeng said: "we will continue to create a good development environment for the enterprise and constantly optimize high-level talent services. We also hope that you will actively promote the investment environment of Fenghua and help us attract more projects and talents."

　　“Ningbo Xitang Information Technology Co., Ltd.” and “Jili Intelligent Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.,” which are located in Yuelin street, enlighten the maker society, are founded by Doctors. The intelligent and digital algorithms developed by them can help industry application enterprises reduce costs. "The combination of digital economy and traditional manufacturing industry is the development trend. We can study and build a tripartite cooperation platform of government, digital enterprise and application enterprise." Gao haomeng put forward suggestions for future development, "by building a platform, your products will be promoted and applied in the technical upgrading of local enterprises in Fenghua, so as to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises."

　　In March of this year, Centaur Technology (Ningbo) Group Co., Ltd., which entered “Thousand People Pioneer Park”, developed well. In May, it entered the plant geological survey of “Binhai New Area”. At present, it has completed the first phase of plant design demonstration and drawing planning and design. In June, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with two companies in Japan and Germany. When learning that the planning permission and construction permission of the plant are being applied for at present, Gao Haomeng requires the development zone to do a good job in service guarantee to ensure that the construction of the plant is started on schedule.

　　In the survey, Gao Haomeng pointed out that all departments should not only take the initiative in the recruitment process, but also follow up the whole process after the recruitment landing to help enterprises to solve specific difficulties and make enterprises develop in Fenghua at ease. Relevant departments should study and plan the construction of innovation complex, implement various talent policies, constantly attract more high-quality talent projects, and inject more vitality into the development of entrepreneurship and innovation in Fenghua.
